Social Media fills up with Sanam and Zuchobeni's wedding Photos
In-Vogue Singer Sanam Puri toes knot with his long time girlfriend Zuchobeni Tungoe. The couple got married at an intimate ceremony in Nagaland. Fans and well-wishers blasted comments section with love and admiration as the couple’s wedding photos are going viral on social Media.
Sanam Puri in his recent post; publically announced his wedding. The post consists of a video shared by the singer himself; where he is seen with Zuchobeni. His latest song ‘Saath Rahe Tu’ plays in the background. Fans and netizens went awestruck by posting comments and showering wishes filled with promises and long-lasting marriage.
Sanam who is known for singing covers for various Bollywood songs, is also known for his popular track from Hasee Toh Phasee. The Parineeti Chopra-Siddharth Malhotra starrer has various peppy songs, from which Sanam gave his voice for ‘Ishq Bulava’ which is a romantic track.
Apart from this, Sanam is famous for recreating Bollywood classics in his own version. He also has a band named SANAM consisting of Sanam Puri, Samar Puri, Venky S and Keshav Dhanraj. He has also worked in Bollywood and Tollywood and sung for films including Gori Tere Pyaar Mein, Chandamama Kathalu, Humshakals, Running Shaadi and Student of the Year..
Sanam Puri was born and brought up in Muscat, Oman. He did his schooling from Indian school in Muscat. Later he attended Kirori Mal college in Delhi, from which he dropped out after six months. Puri then decided to form his band. Sanam has an elder brother; Samar Puri who is a guitarist.
Samar along with his batchmates, decided to take Sanam as his vocalist.
During his college years, Sanam started participating in various competitions. In Delhi, he was a part of a band named ‘Bandish’. They went on create a band called ‘The Previous Band’. After a short hiatus, the band met with Ben Thomas; managing director of Curian and Co Talent management. It has managed popular names like Sonu Nigam and Vishal-Shekhar.
The band has two more studio albums; Samar Sanam (2011) and Sana Revolution (2018) along with several other compilation albums. The band earned recognition when it released its first cover on YouTube. It was a track from Ranveer Singh-Anushka Sharma starrer’s Band Baaja Baarat. Since then, the band kept raging. Sanam’s personal life was always curtained, but his recent announcement of marriage with Zuchobeni, earned him tremendous admiration and limelight.
Who is Zuchobeni Tungoe?
Zuchobeni Tungoe is a singer and an aspiring beauty queen from Nagaland. She has received several awards in this and made quite a name for herself. She was also the winner of Kids for Fame in 2011. She also has a YouTube channel with a million views on her several singing videos.
