Prime-Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Atal-Setu: the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link.
Known as the longest and costliest sea bridge of the country, CM; Eknath Shinde left no stone unturned to make Mumbai as the city with highest connectivity of India.
Along with the inauguration of the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Sewri-Nhava Sheva Atal Setu, PM also laid foundations of other costly projects. The bridge alone costs ₹17,840 crores.
The inauguration event witnessed number of political figures along with CM Eknath Shinde and Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis.
PM’s visit to Mumbai was eventful and enigmatic with inauguration of the bridge and promising development through various other projects. With the air show by IAF at Marine Drive, Mumbai became hectic and populous within hours by PM’s visit to Maharashtra. As few hours ago on Friday, PM Narendra Modi inaugurated the 27th Youth Festival in Nashik to promote National Youth Day.
